Guadix-Gor()
With Gordons bike being in for repairs we had a long lie for once. Gordon got a call at 11 and was off “like a dug eating beans” to collect it.
So we set off from Gaudix on Brian's truncated route to Gorafe (trying to make up time on our way to the Gorafe Desert), bit of a headwind but we made good progress. Breakfast was a distant memory so we sat down for lunch, seemed like a good idea at the time.
We started the climb into the Gorafe Desert, with full bellies, onto a 2 mile 20% gradient climb. Lunch wanted to make a return. It was hard.
At this point the clouds appeared, rain looked a certainty. Jimmy cracked the whip and, in true Jimmy Tours style, we had a fallout over which direction to go. Mmmmm. Needless to say we ended up cycling along a dried out riverbed on shit,whoops silt.
Fortunately we beat the rain and got to Gor where we’re living in a cool cave house and having dinner at home.
Its an early night and the rain might appear later!!

When you said cave I was thinking 'living like Neanderthals' but that looks a wee bit too posh and comfortable. Maybe there'll be Neanderthal ghosts?
Sleep well :-)

That looked like a cracking day. Your task tomorrow is to take a photo with all 3 of you in it. I miss Chris.
